- I skipped my morning oats, so I was starving by lunchtime. Nothing starts my day off better than a warm bowl of oatmeal, peanut butter, and fruit, but this morning it was not to be.
+ Somehow a donut hole never made its way into my mouth.
+ At lunch, I opted for the salad bar.
- Craving some kind of salty crunch with my salad, I also purchased chips I thought were healthy, but weren't, and tasted good, but didn't. I ate them anyway.
- I snacked during the day on anything from dark chocolate chips and marshallows to a white cheddar cheese slice to the raw cookie dough I bought from my boss for his son's baseball team that has been plaguing my fridge for a week now!
+ I experimented with tofu tonight for a healthy dinner by baking and serving with whole wheat couscous, two chopped scallions (I am now regretting because brushing and mouthwash doesn't seem to help :), and my favorite sweet sushi sauce I've been dying to make.
+/- Today was a rest day for me. My legs have been super achy for the last week or so because I've put them to good use, so they deserved a rest and will hopefully treat me really well tomorrow!
+ I drank a bottle of water and a few glasses, too!

Summary: I can do better, but lots of good lessons learned! Tomorrow begins my SparkPeople counting. My goal for tomorrow is to drink lots and lots of water, and either go for a run on my favorite trail or do a cardio Pilates class with a detoxing sauna!
